- No Affiliation: The use of the name "Reality Network" or "RealityNet" is strictly for descriptive purposes to identify the network being monitored.
- Official Reality Network logos and trademarks remain the sole property of their respective owners.
3. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Service
This Tool is provided strictly on an "as is" basis. Yelby expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Data Accuracy & Network Status
This Tool relies on third-party APIs and testnet environments. You acknowledge that:
- Testnet Volatility: The Reality Network is in a testnet phase. Data, node IDs, and network states may reset, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
- Geolocation is an Estimate: IP-based locations are approximations provided by DB-IP. A node shown in a specific region may physically reside elsewhere.
- Latency: Data is cached and may be delayed by 5 minutes or more.
5. Prohibited Conduct
To protect the infrastructure and community, you agree NOT to:
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access the Tool at high frequency.
- Attempt to overload, flood, or crash the backend infrastructure (DDoS).
- Copy the visual design or branding to impersonate this Tool or deceive other users (phishing).
6. No Professional or Financial Advice
The data presented is for informational purposes only.
- Not Financial Advice: Nothing in this Tool constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, stake, or hold any crypto-asset.
- Not Technical Advice: Do not manage, restart, or modify your node infrastructure based solely on this Tool. Always verify status via your own logs or official CLI tools.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yelby shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, missed network rewards, or opportunity costs.
- Node failures, downtime, or penalties incurred by your operations.
- Damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Tool.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yelby from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Tool.
9. Intellectual Property & Attribution
Project Rights: While the underlying code may be AI-generated and the network data is public, the specific compilation, visual design, "look and feel," and custom UI elements are the property of Yelby. You may not mirror or clone this specific design to mislead users.
Trademark Disclaimer: Yelby claims no ownership over the trademarks, trade names, or logos associated with "Reality Network." These belong to their respective owners.
Third-Party Licenses: This project utilizes open-source libraries (globe.gl) and data (DB-IP). Your use of this data must comply with their respective licenses (e.g., CC BY 4.0).
10. Donations & Payments
Any contributions made via Ko-fi, crypto addresses, or other platforms linked on this site are considered voluntary, non-refundable gifts. They do not constitute a purchase of services, goods, or equity, and do not entitle you to special treatment or feature requests.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Malaysia for any disputes arising from these Terms, regardless of your physical location.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
